Job Summary: 

As a visible representative of Cle de Peau Beaute: the Personal Beauty Specialist (PBS) is depended on to increase sales and uphold the company's image through her/his courteous and efficient personalized service to our customers. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation (where applicable).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

Customer Service

  • Provides professional and knowledgeable consultation.
  • Demonstrates Cle de Peau Beaute products through services such as Facial Massage / Make-up application and maintains minimum service goals set forth by AE/STE.
  • Contributes to improvements in customer service.                      
  • Keeps counter/installation clean and neat.                                              
  • Establishes friendly and comfortable atmosphere.                      
  • Reports customers’ opinions and needs to the company.

 Business Skills               

  • Works in a team to increase sales for stores.                  
  • Achieves sales goals by utilizing skills and resources effectively.            
  • Uses automated systems effectively.                  
  • Maintains proper inventory level and communicated stock concerns in a timely manner.                  
  • Displays merchandises attractively and according to brand schematics.                                          

Additional Responsibilities

  • Reflects "pride" & "spirit" as a Cle de Peau Beaute representative.           
  • Communicates effectively with Ultra Prestige Collection staff.                           
  • Be reliable, dependable and self-starter.
  • Performs job functions at a consistently elevated level while receiving constructive feedback                        
  • Conducts business consistent with Cle de Peau Beaute standards

Qualifications & Competencies: 

  • Bilingual (English and Chinese/Japanese/Korean) is helpful not required.
  • Utilizing social media (Instagram/WeChat) to connect with clients is helpful not required.
  • Willing to demonstrate facial services.                                      
  • Cosmetics background preferable.                                             
  • Basic computer skills (helpful not required).                              
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with store people, coworkers, and the general public.
