We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our Demand Planning Team:

Our Demand Planning team plays a critical role in our supply chain by building out the US Demand Plan in partnership with our Commercial and Marketing teams and working with our Global Markets to ensure our core catalogue and new product launch initiatives are right sized to support consumer demand.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Demand Planning Intern for the brand Drunk Elephant. As a key member of the Drunk Elephant S&OP team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with the demand planning team to understand current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Take ownership of a project aimed at enhancing reporting reports, ensuring accuracy and implementing process improvements for increased understanding of month-over-month variances and usage of our harmonized planning systems
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to tailor reports to meet diverse business needs.
• Assist in day-to-day demand planning tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the typical responsibilities of the demand planning function.
• Analyze data and propose insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
