Job Summary:

Supports the Sales Development team for the Fragrance Brands within the SAC portfolio. There is a focus on managing sales forecasts each month and tracking weekly against plan.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of retail sales, gross shipments, and returns. Weekly and Monthly meeting and reporting on actuals vs plan.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the monthly sales updates for CEP and Budget planning. This includes consolidating revenue trackers for all fragrance brands in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and identifies changes to prior week and plan.
  • Stock and sales analysis for top accounts to include retail, net and inventory actuals vs plan.
  • Key voice representing sales planning data in monthly consensus process.  
  • Provide the S&OP, Marketing and Finance teams with retail and gross data for month end, quarterly, and annual submission to headquarters.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the monthly gross forecast by partnering with the sell-in and tracking against daily order write.
  • Monitoring the monthly retail forecast by partnering with sell-in and tracking against weekly retail reporting.
  • Partner with Sales Ops team to be aware of launch and promo set availability and ensure allocations are reflected properly is sales projections.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • College Degree & Minimum of 3 years retail and net reporting experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask in a high-demand environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with fluctuating deadlines.
