Associate Manager, Sales Allocations (Shiseido)

Job Summary:

Main responsibilities include maintaining saleable allocations and processing point-of-sale material allocations.  This role is a key point of contact for the brand operations and communicates with cross-functional partners.  This position supports the Senior Manager in sales analysis, product forecasting, and sales reporting.  A key priority is learning to effectively communicate and establish relationships with internal and external partners.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage allocation process and identify risks to launch timelines and CEP impacts
  • Run weekly sell thru reports for broader distribution.
  • Process no charge orders for internal teams and retailers in accordance with monthly deadlines.
  • Maintain product order forms.
  • Participate in regular brand status meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Review and reconcile allocation errors for open orders daily.
  • Issue weekly out of stock reports for finished goods.
  • Special projects on an ongoing basis.  Maintain a flexible approach to specific requests.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP a plus.
  • Executive maturity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adhere to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
  • Meticulous organization, excellent communication and consistent follow-through are a necessity.
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Salary (Min-Max):  $80,688.00 - $110,946.00
