What is the mission?

We are looking for our new Intern cohort for a 6-month Internship as Operational Marketing Product Manager to join our Export Marketing Team!

The intern will work either on the US Brands (NARS & Drunk Elephant), Designer Fragrances Brands (Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig & Voltaire, Max Mara, Serge Lutens) or Skincare Brands (Shiseido & Gallinée).

The intern will be in charge of Export markets (Scandinavia, Central/Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, & Africa). The team’s common objective is to ensure the development and growth of the brands of the Group at Export.

The intern will get a great overview of Operational Marketing, Business Development & Transverse Marketing disciplines (Media, PR, Trade Marketing). He/she will work on two distribution models (Distributors & Direct to Retail). He/She will work with various internal & external contacts, including but not limited to: Regional Brand Holders, Export Commercial/Merchandising Teams & Distributors. 

 

What are the main responsibilities ?

Brand Communication, Launch Coordination & 360° Market Activation

  • Partner with Marketing and Expert Teams to build launch packages and ensure timely availability of assets and guidelines for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Gather, consolidate, and distribute brand information across all markets through newsletters & launch packages.
  • Support the implementation of 360° market activations and manage daily operational requests.
  • Update market trade plans to reflect local initiatives and activations.
  • Coordinate & Challenge PR activities including PR events, influencer list management, paid collaborations and seedings.

 

Data Analysis, Consolidation & Reporting

  • Support forecast analysis and reporting for seasonal launches.
  • Contribute to Sell‑In, Wholesale, and Sell‑Out performance analysis by market and by product line.
  • Build post‑launch performance analysis and reports, covering both quantitative and qualitative insights.

 

Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide the team and brands with insights derived from competitor activities and social listening.
  • Deliver monthly reports and actionable recommendations based on competitive benchmarks and best practices.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • French is a plus.
  • Master’s degree (final year / end-of-studies internship).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and synthesize insights.
  • Solid coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • At least one prior experience in operational marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for working in an international environment.
