Senior Manager, Retailer.com, bareMinerals & Buxom

 

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Retailer.com, bareMinerals & Buxom will report into the EVP of Global Channel Development and be responsible for driving top and bottom-line results through onsite merchandising, marketing, and promotional activations. This role will work strategically along-side the US team (Sales & Marketing) and be responsible for managing direct reports.

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage bareMinerals and Buxom e-commerce businesses with select wholesale accounts (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy’s, etc.)
  • Own the pure-player P&L, sales planning, launch strategy and promotional activations
  • Partner with brick & mortar planners and account leads on .com retail sales, A&P planning, and discount/returns liabilities for select wholesale accounts
  • Oversee all dotcom promotional plans for retail partners while analyzing the performance of online marketing/promotion
  • Spearhead and manage the digital co-op campaigns for bareMinerals and Buxom for select wholesale accounts
  • Liaise with transversal ecommerce team to implement new programs and content (Web Collage and beyond) to grow Retailer.com business
  • Act as liaison to develop trusting relationships with .com wholesale partners and strategize growth together
  • Implement best in class seasonal marketing plans with each retailer including CRM, E-mail Placement, Site Placement, Digital Media, Brand Pages and Social Strategy to maximize exposure, increase sentiment, and drive targeted reach to new and existing customers
  • Manage assortment and sell-in of new launches to .com accounts
  • Creatively solve executional issues that present business risk
  • Work closely with brick & mortar account teams, marketing teams, and planning teams to unlock synergies
  • Suggest opportunities to improve processes within the organization
  • Partner with the ADX CRM team to strategize ways to acquire and recapture clients through segmented email sends

 

Qualifications:

  • College degree and 7+ years experience in retail (e-commerce strongly preferred), consulting, or business strategy
  • Proven track record driving results in account management (must be familiar with assortment strategy, marketing plans, and e-commerce sales tactics)
  • Comfort with analyzing business performance and making recommendations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proven success communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Amazon experience a plus
