Your Mission:

 

As part of the Export Marketing Team, you will support the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the US Brands (NARS, Drunk Elephant, and Dr. Dennis Gross) across 15 diverse EMEA markets. Working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders, you will help drive brand visibility and consumer engagement through all key 360° marketing levers, including PR, Trade Marketing, Media, Digital, and Training.

 

Your Role:

 

Launch Coordination & Communication

  • Support launch coordination and stakeholder management across local markets and EMEA teams, including launch planning, asset management, translations, tracking tools, and operational follow-up.
  • Create and maintain launch packages, campaign folders, and tracking tools to facilitate effective launch execution.
  • Manage the distribution of launch packages, campaign updates, and key information to local markets to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.

 

360° Marketing & Operational Support

  • Support the adaptation and deployment of 360° marketing campaigns across Export markets, including the planning and execution of PR events, consumer activations, in-store animations, trade programs, and seeding initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for product launches and ad hoc marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing activities.

 

Reporting & Brand Visibility

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and launch-specific reports to monitor activation performance, identify key learnings, and share best practices across Export markets.
  • Amplify US Brands' visibility at Export and EMEA levels through weekly memos, launch highlights, and internal communications.
  • Monitor brand visibility across e-retailers and social media platforms and provide performance insights.

 

Competitive Analysis & Autonomous Project

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and category developments to provide insights and recommendations to optimize local 360° activation plans.
  • Lead an autonomous end-of-internship project from proposal to delivery (topic to be defined jointly with the Manager).

 

Key Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain hands-on experience in international brand management, product launches, and 360° campaign execution within the beauty industry.
  • Develop project management and cross-functional collaboration skills through daily interactions with EMEA teams and local markets.
  • Strengthen analytical capabilities through performance reporting, market feedback consolidation, and competitive analysis.
  • Build an understanding of brand visibility drivers across retail, e-commerce, social media, PR, and consumer activations.
  • Lead an autonomous project from proposal development to final recommendation and presentation.

 

Your Credentials:

  • Previous experience in marketing required; experience within the cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 completed); gap year or M2 candidates preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and proactively.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Globally minded, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an interest in international marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and markets.
  • Fluent in English
