Key objectives of the role: 


資生堂の経営状況は海外売上比率の上昇とともに、成長を続けています。よって、GHQサプライチェーン(SCM)チームは全社の長期目標を達成するために、各リージョンのSCMチームとよりコラボレートする必要があります。この役割は、GHQ SCMチームと各リージョンSCMチームとのコラボレーションを強化し、グローバルでのSCMの中長期戦略を立案することが求められます。さらに、全社の長期目標を達成するために、戦略を実行するリードも求められます。

Shiseido business situation is continuously growing up with becoming bigger potion of overseas sales. Therefore Shiseido Supply Supply Chain Management (SCM) team needs to enhance collaboration with regional SCMteam and with each function to achieve the corporate wide longterm target.

This role is expected to enhance collaboration between Global Headquarters(GHQ) team and regional SCM team and develop global SCM midterm / longterm strategy with GHQ SCM members and regional SCM members. And this role is also expected to lead implementation of the strategy to achieve the coporate wide longterm target.


 Main areas of responsibility:


GHQの立場から資生堂のSCM上の課題を定義し、各リージョンを巻き込みながら課題解決のための戦略を立案する責任を負います。また、戦略立案にとどまらず、実行し成果を出すことをGHQ SCM teamやRegion SCM Teamと連携して追究します。主な業務内容は以下の4点を含みます。

As the manager at HQ side, this role is expected to identify the challenges in view of Supply chain management and in charge of developing and executing the strategies while collaborating with regional SCM team. Primary responsibilities Include:

1. Enhance collaboration between GHQ team and regional SCM team 
2. Develop global SCM mid-term / long-term strategy
3. Lead initiatives of each activity related to the strategy
4. Fulfill the team staff, then coach and develop team members to fit to manager / VP's expectation




At least 7 years' Supply Chain experiences 
Project management skill ( set KPI, manage schedule, meeting facilitation )
KPI centered PDCA business operation in global - region structure as Global HQ/Region
Logical thinking capability
Developing capability of leadership and communication capability to drive diverse of stakeholders of HQ and Regions reflecting cultural and business maturity differences
People development even to low experienced junior members
High Motivation for proceeding all activities
Experiences of communicating in Japanese language at business situation (at least N2 grade )


Desired qualifications:


Experiences to work in Headquarter to work with Region OR to work with Headquarter from Region
 GHQとしてリージョンとの業務経験 もしくは、リージョンとしてGHQとの業務経験
Flexible capability to lead business even in VUCA situation
ESG knowledge in SCM area
