Roles & Responsibilities

•Accountable for all daily sales activities of assigned eCommerce account.
•Review and analyze sales status weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually for customer and internal stakeholder. 
•Recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others, address root cause of issues, make timely decisions, make difficult decisions, use consensus when possible, and communicate decisions to others.
•Break down problems into smaller components, understand underlying issues, simplify and process complex issues, understand the difference between critical details and unimportant facts.
•Explain product features/benefits, understand/sell the full product line, understand customer's business operations and needs, understand/respond to the competition, apply market knowledge.
•Plan sales promotion(including Ads) by major Brand and create PDCA cycle with stakeholders. 
•Manage account cost  to maintain healthy P/L.   
•Provide accurate forecasts, reducing returns, developing and maintaining an appropriate marketing plan, and managing overall profitability at assigned account.
•Establish the relationship with assigned eCommerce account to earn their strong initiative.
•Formulate, build, drive and manage Joint business plan and technology-enabled solutions with customer
•Analyze industry market trends, products, and competitor that may impact sales efforts.
•Work closely with marketing and DX team. 
•Support and collaborate other team member to grow eCommerce sales and digital capabilities. 


• 担当するe コマース アカウントの販売データ、市場データの分析
• 分析データをもとにした販売戦略の立案、提案資料作成、得意先商談、戦略実行を行い、PDCAサイクルを回す
• 損益を意識したコスト管理
• 得意先との関係を構築し、イニシアチブを獲得する
• マーケティングおよび DX チームと連携し、e コマースの販売とデジタル機能を向上させる

                                                
                                                
Basic Requirements

■Experience
-Working experience in sales  related industry – at least 3 years working experience in eCommerce related field
-digital KPIs management experience  (SEO,SEM working with Ad agency)


■Skills
-eCommerce commercial and marketing knowledge
-Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across regions and functions
-Advanced computer skills – systems back office exposure, and strong excel & ppt.
-Project management & detailed task monitoring
-Strong commercial sense and 5yrs+ account management skills
-Proven ability to build business relationships
-Strong passion for the eCommerce channel
-logical thinking

①営業経験3年以上かつECマーケティング実務経験2年以上
②EC営業3年以上
