You will enlighten them with stories of our fragrances, such as our iconic Light Blue collection or the one, and ensure their senses are heightened as they discover the expressive notes in all of our scents.As Business Manager you will inspire and motivate your team to be the best they can, every day. Through your leadership you will develop the team to offer exceptional service, surpassing the expectations of your customers whilst you encourage the team to rise to the challenge of identifying and maximising sales opportunities.

Job Location: H Beauty, Milton Keynes
Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days



With your passion for Beauty and the world of Dolce&Gabbana, you’ll be empowered to take accountability for driving your business. Thinking with a little Mediterranean flair, you’ll use your networking skills to connect with external partners to recruit new customers, whilst engaging existing customers with the ultimate goal of exceeding the counters sales targets.

We will ensure you have all the tools and training you need to deliver the glamour of our brand to your team and customer. You’ll partner closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR as you draw on your previous management experience to build a business plan that will drive those KPIs and deliver results. Your experience and passion in beauty will be a great addition to our teams, and you’ll have an amazing opportunity to join our luxurious, authentic and unconventional brand and share this passion with our customers.



  • Demonstrable Retail Management experience
  • Business Management experience
  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Area Manager on business performance
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
