e-COMMERCE & e-MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST

 

Job Purpose

The eCommerce & eMerchandising Specialist supports the execution of owned channel activities and website implementation, ensuring optimal product visibility, content accuracy, promotional effectiveness, and stock availability across the site.

Working under the coordination of the eCommerce Manager, the role contributes to business growth by combining strong operational excellence with a digitally open, innovative, and exploratory mindset, acting as a key bridge between local execution and EMEA frameworks in a dynamic and fast‑evolving digital environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • eCommerce
    Management and implementation of the marketing and promotion plan to reach business results.
    Support for the Digital Activation to sustain the eCommerce Business ( Performance Media, Affiliation, Special actions). Support the definition and execution of the sampling plan, aligned with launches and promotional activity.

 

  • eMerchandising & Promotions
    Execute and test promotional setups, ensuring accuracy across all website touchpoints.
    Implement the eMerchandising animation plan, highlighting launches and promotions in line with the commercial calendar. Prepare copy decks and visual briefs for promotional and commercial initiatives.
    Support offers configuration in alignment with EMEA guidelines and local priorities.
    Monitor bugs and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

 

  • Product & Catalog Management
    Support the end‑to‑end product setup for new launches, including localized PDP content, pricing, categorization, activation dates and stock status.
    Manage catalog operations, including website search optimization, PLP filtering and sorting rules, cross‑sell and upsell logic, and category updates.
    Monitor product availability and coordinate stock follow‑up with Supply teams, disabling products when required.

 

  • Tools & Platforms
    Manage operational tracking through Airtable.
    Create, prioritize, and follow up JIRA /Atlassian tickets for web mastering and technical implementations (homepage, banners, landing pages, functionalities).
    Use third‑party tools (e.g. AB Tasty, Content Square) for website personalization, analytics, and CRO initiatives and Image creator tools.

 

  • Performance & Reporting
    Prepare and share monthly and ad‑hoc reports with EMEA stakeholders.
    Contribute to digital benchmarking activities.

 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Support day‑to‑day coordination with internal (local and headquarters ) and external partners.
    Collaborate cross‑functionally with local Marketing and eRetail team, Performance and SEO EMEA teams, under the guidance of the eCommerce Manager.

 

Mindset & Competencies

  • Strong digital business mindset, with a solid understanding of e‑commerce performance drivers, market dynamics, and customer experience;
  • 2+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce environment & eMerchandising actions;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Familiar with the Airtable, Jira/Atlassian, Salesforce, Content Square, and platform as A/B Tasty;
  • Open and proactive attitude toward innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international, and cross‑functional environment;
  • High level of organization, strong attention to detail, and a clear execution‑focused approach;
  • Able to prepare and confidently present business presentations, as well as discuss results and recommendations with stakeholders;
