Shiseido, a worldwide Beauty Company leader in the cosmetic industry with a great variety of prestigious brands in its portfolio, is happy to announce a new 6 months paid INTERNSHIP opportunity within the Italy Digital team, located in Milan.
We are currently looking for a Digital profile, specifically an e-Commerce & CRM Intern who, along with the tutoring of Digital Manager, will be working for skincare, make-up and fragrance business.
MISSION
The Digital & CRM Intern will have the possibility to discover and make a deep dive in all levels of digital environment, by sustaining eBusiness, DTC and CRM team, as well as by following the growth and expansion of different channels, in order to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth, by understanding the organizational and brand online presence as well as build strong relationships with their customers through effective use of e-commerce and CRM strategies.
This role will also closely work with Sales and Marketing teams, Customer Service and Forecast, external digital agencies and vendors, RHQ Digital references.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM tasks:
- Create, implement, and verify DEM campaigns.
- Manage eSampling projects from production to post-sampling analysis.
- Oversee Shiseido Loyalty program integration with POS, including development, updates, and customer experience.
- Review CRM for accurate data and effective segmentation.
- Evaluate customer data for marketing insights.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service for consistent customer experience.
- e-Business tasks:
- Ensure smooth daily e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate marketing team campaign launches.
- Create regular reports on e-commerce and CRM trends.
- Leverage analytics to find improvement opportunities.
- Share data-driven recommendations with the team.
- Manage supplier workflow for Ratings & Reviews projects.
- Record content sessions to support broadcastings.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and CRM.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Engineering and/or a Master on a related field.
- At least one previous experience in e-commerce and CRM management, even with an agency background.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools is strongly recommended.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
