Description 

The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development. During your time with us, you will participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, a diverse speaker series, and volunteer activities. You will also have the opportunity to connect with your peers across the world!  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the operations team to understand current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to tailor reports to meet diverse business needs.
• Assist in day-to-day business planning tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the typical responsibilities of an analytical function within an organization.
• Analyze data and propose insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the supply chain.
• Take ownership of a project aimed at enhancing existing reports, ensuring accuracy, and implementing improvements for increased service rate.

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
