Description 

The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development. During your time with us, you will participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, a diverse speaker series, and volunteer activities. You will also have the opportunity to connect with your peers across the world!  

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end closing activities, such as:
  • Assist in financial modeling and CEP forecasting activities to support decision-making.
  • Data submission.
  • Journal entry preparation.
  • Account reconciliation.
• Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional business partners to report actuals and monthly expense forecasts.

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar fields
• Proficient in Excel; experience/knowledge in BI, a plus
• Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English; Spanish and/or French a plus
• Attention to detail, and highly organized 
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
• Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
