MISSION

 

Working with the Digital Director, the SEO & Content Manager is responsible for optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization. Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities. Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success across all brands.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the UKI SEO and content strategy in collaboration with the Digital Director
  • Lead and manage local search engine optimisation covering  keyword research and strategy, on-site technical elements, link-building and content creation
  • Manage SEO content calendars for all brand sites working collaboratively with marketing and digital activation teams to deliver
  • Work collaboratively with EMEA eCommerce team stakeholders, local marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure a cohesive approach
  • Proactively work to improve all organic search KPIs, increasing ROI and driving incremental qualified traffic and revenue across all eCommerce sites
  • Provide regular SEO KPIs and analysis and local, market-relevant search insights to the UKI business
  • Ensure SEO and content creation best practice is shared and leveraged locally across all brands and Divisions
  • Lead and champion all UKI-wide SEO initiatives, training and upskilling the group on relevant metrics

 

PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience managing search engine optimisation including keyword research and strategy, on-site technical elements, link-building and content creation
  • Strong analytical skillset with experience of managing multiple brands and channels simultaneously to drive results
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global, regional and local teams in order to achieve cohesion
  • Experience of managing media agencies and budgets
  • Agency work experience desirable
  • Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
  • Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Experience of digital upskilling and training desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
