Support and deliver Training Seminars, In-Store development and Events participation alongside the National Education & Events Manager.

Our first strength is Make-up, led by NARS, UK’s Nr4 color brand with incredible success globally and that gained 4 rankings in the last 2 years thanks to its unique tone of voice and exceptional complexion and lip products. 


Skincare is a key priority for expansion, with 5 very diverse and complementary brands covering the full scope of consumers needs and profiles. From brand Shiseido that is recognized for its uncompromising quality and showing huge growth potential in UK&I, to already iconic Drunk Elephant (+75% growth this year, about to enter Top10 Skincare) with its most sought-after formulations and Skin Smoothies, or the spectacular Clé de Peau Beauté that embodies the ultimate of stem-cell technology to the service of radiance. This year, we just launched ULÉ a newly created Skin-Tech brand with breakthrough credentials around Sustainability and botanical performance, as well as expanding Gallinée, our most recent acquisition from 2022 specialized around skin microbiome with unique patents.

Reports to: National Education & Events Manager – Drunk Elephant

Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office

Contract type: Permanent




  • Drive Drunk Elephant business for all POS, prioritising SNK and owned staff doors to build consistent animation, events and services
  • Conduct store visits regularly for Drunk Elephant to review programs and goals, assess Brand ambassadors & shared associate teams product knowledge, productivity, selling environment, address areas of challenge, and identify areas for development.
  • Coach the brand ambassadors & shared associate teams on skincare skills, product knowledge and eventing expertise
  • Identify opportunities for brand ambassador/shared associate team development and further coaching, analyse success of training sessions.
  • Support brand events such as pop up and masterclasses across all aspects from event planning, execution/support, presentation and set up 
  • Strategise with National Education & Events Manager and Area Sales & Education Managers to develop, execute and review store action plans
  • Support industry activity, PR and Marketing as required, through content creation, photoshoots, and virtual consultations
  • Create locally relevant content in the form of videos & product/selling tips for retailer E-learning platforms
  • Provide feedback to commercial team on stock for all Shiseido brands within SNK doors
  • Provide feedback to NARS & Shiseido National education & events manager on SNK education and eventing opportunities
  • Manage travel and accommodation within budget and look for the best deals by booking ahead of time. Review all travel bookings well ahead of time of departure. Gain approval from line manager for flight costs
  • Complete and submit expenses on a monthly basis



  • Experience of working in skincare education
  • Beauty qualification such as NVQ levels 2/3 desirable
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and various business and staffing models
  • Proven success with coaching and developing others
  • Driven by sales and commercially aware
  • Strong presenter and are experienced in working on PR & VIP Events
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Great communication skills with both customers and colleagues, always showing positivity and enthusiasm. Working well both in a team and autonomously
  • Willing to travel regularly as per business requirements
