To support the E-Retail Partnership Manager and E-Retail Partnership Coordinator/Assistant in executing the UK’s e-retail strategy. Split between the Digital and Commercial teams, this is a great opportunity for someone who would like to progress within a Digital Marketing or a Digital Commercial role while getting exposure to other marketing touchpoints within the business.

Our first strength is make-up with our market share at number 4 in the UK with our NARS, Laura Mercier, and bareMinerals brands. We are also growing fast in fragrance with brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Issye Miyake and Narciso Rodriguez as well as winning market share in Skincare with Shiseido and the recently spectacular launch of Cle de Peau Beaute in Harrods.  Drunk Elephant joins our portfolio in 2021 which supports our ambition and objective to be the Top5 Beauty Group in the UK.  Our clients include high-street retailers such as Department Stores, drugstores & chains as well as online pure players and specialty stores. We also have 8 boutiques and 3 direct e-commerce websites.





We currently have two opportunities to work with one of our newly created Divisions, working with multiple brands across the Group.


Reports to: E-Retail Partnership Manager

Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office

Contract type: 1 Year Contract





  • Launch and Asset Coordination
  • Ensure all asset calendars and launch folders are up to date, sharing with the wider teams and with key retail partners in ahead of launches
  • Complete retailer forms for new launches, editing and localising copy where needed
  • Resize assets where needed to fit retailer specifications
  • Support Commercial Coordinator/Executive in preparation of new line forms for product setup
  • Order additional assets on the DAM and internal Shiseido Artwork Platform, Adsapp
  • Support E-Retail Partnership Coordinator/Assistant in the delivery of assets to retailers in a timely manner
  • Ensure any assets with expiring rights are removed and replaced
  • Communicate asset send out status with wider teams regularly


Audits and Maintenance

  • Monitor online retail partner activity for UK to ensure they are aligned and representing the brands correctly
  • Checking all launches are executed correctly online after the OCD, optimising wherever possible
  • Perform routine audits on retailer sites to identify issues and correct them, strategizing and prioritising based on brand and retailer with Coordinator/Assistant
  • Manage and execute all ad-hoc retailer requests



  • Capture all organic and paid for coverage on e-retailer sites, social, email and other touchpoints regularly
  • Keep track of key competitor activity and launch activations across e-retail


Digital Projects

  • Work with E-Retail team to identify and activate organic opportunities with key e-retailers
  • Coordinate the creation of bespoke assets for use on retailer social
  • Support E-Retail Partnership Coordinator with ad-hoc projects





  • Superb organisational skills with a passion for detail and precision

  • Excellent written English, with a keen eye for grammar, syntax, spelling, and style
  • Able to collaborate well with colleagues and internal teams

  • Experience within an online luxury environment
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop
  • Copywriting and proficiency with SEO
  • A relevant business degree /diploma
