Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
Hourly rate: £14.70

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business. You are a Beauty and skin enthusiast and will be confident, engaging and knowledgeable about Drunk Elephant brand history and high performance formulas, ensuring customers are excited and connected with both Drunk Elephant brand and you as a beauty professional. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. You will maintain high standards of visual excellence of the Drunk Elephant retail space within the store and will be expected to oversee the visual representation of our sister brands within your store.
With a selective distribution, of this model your voice is always heard and you have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. We expect you to be dedicated and enthusiastic to develop your knowledge about skincare and beauty, to be proactive and target driven with a true passion for the beauty industry and what it represents.
