We believe six ubiquitous ingredients are at the root of almost every skin issue we see––essential oils, drying alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances/dyes, SLS––and when they're entirely removed from one’s routine (when you take a #drunkbreak🐘), skin can reset and return to a healthy, balanced state. ABOUT DRUNK ELEPHANT

Drunk Elephant launched in Houston Texas in 2013, founded by Tiffany Masterson- Drunk Elephant was born from Tiffany’s quest to eliminate specific ingredients (the suspicious 6) from her skincare routine. Unable to find something already available, Tiffany set to it and created her own.

The name Drunk Elephant is rooted in a myth that says the elephants love to eat the fruit that has fallen from Marula trees. Once eaten, fermentation occurs inside their very large tummies and the elephants become drunk!

Virgin Marula oil, straight from the "pip", can be found throughout the Drunk Elephant line. It is an oil that Masterson believes is superior to ANY she's tried due to the high content of fatty acids and antioxidants.

Job Location: Boots London Stratford

Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business. You are a Beauty and skin enthusiast and will be confident, engaging and knowledgeable about Drunk Elephant  brand history and high performance formulas, ensuring customers are excited and connected with both Drunk Elephant brand and you as a beauty professional. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. You will maintain high standards of visual excellence of the Drunk Elephant retail space within the store and will be expected to oversee the visual representation of our sister brands within your store.

 

With a selective distribution, of this model your voice is always heard and you have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. We expect you to be dedicated and enthusiastic to develop your knowledge about skincare and beauty, to be proactive and target driven with a true passion for the beauty industry and what it represents.
