MISSION
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded Digital Director to lead and accelerate our digital growth across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and indirect (e-retail/pureplayer/marketplace) channels. This senior role will play a pivotal part in shaping the digital transformation of our premium brands, ensuring seamless consumer journeys, strong e-commerce performance, and best-in-class brand storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in digital commerce, media, CRM, advocacy, social commerce and data-driven marketing, with a strong understanding of the UKI premium beauty consumer and the evolving UKI retail landscape.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce & Digital Growth
- Lead the digital commercial strategy across DTC and marketplaces, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability.
- Lead the DTC and marketplace channel experience to maximise conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build strong partnerships with key strategic retailers implementing Digital Partnership plans to drive sustainable growth, market share and profit
- Identify and scale new digital opportunities, platforms, and partnerships to fuel growth.
Media, CRM & Advocacy
- Lead the digital media strategy, ensuring efficient investment and impactful performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Oversee the CRM strategy, driving segmentation, personalisation, loyalty, and consumer retention programmes
- Champion the use of data and analytics to refine targeting, measure performance, and optimise consumer journeys across different channels
- Build and lead an advocacy programme focused on micro and nano influencers, employees, and consumer communities to amplify brand love, engagement and social sales.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional digital team, setting clear goals and fostering innovation.
- Work closely with marketing, commercial, retail, education, PR and global/regional teams to ensure alignment of digital priorities with broader brand objectives.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping the business ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and consumer behaviours.
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven track record in senior digital leadership within a premium or luxury consumer brand, ideally in beauty
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities across direct and indirect digital channels.
- Expertise in e-commerce, digital media, CRM, and influencer/advocacy marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and optimise performance.
- Inspirational leader with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels globally, regionally and locally.
- Deep passion for beauty, consumer experience, and digital innovation.
