D&G Fragrance Stock Coordinator



To support the Stock Manager in planning and organizing all stockroom areas assigned to Dolce&Gabbana Beauté and Shiseido Fragrance Brands. Ensure the smooth transfer of stock from stockroom to the point of sale. Support the Stock Manager in the receipt of all deliveries, the execution of stock counts, mini audits and assisting with administrative duties. The Stock Assistant must develop strong working relationships with the brand teams in store, the retail partner, and the head office where appropriate (in the absence of Stock Manager).

Job Location: Harrods
Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract, 6 Months, 15 hours per week over 2 days



  • Respond to daily demands and seasonal/promotional activity.
  • Implement regular stock audits as well as executing calendared stock takes.
  • Communicate with the Business Managers for each brand, and ensure their stock needs are met.
  • Support the Stock Manager with authorized RGAs and replace any broken or damaged products.
  • Keep up to date with Marketing calendar for each brand to ensure prepared for stock drops and to meet counter needs.
  • In the absence of the Stock Manager, liaise with Orders Department/Customer Service Department as required. Communicate any delivery errors to Business Manager and Orders Department.
  • Display good time management and prioritise to manage time on counter effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area. Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day’s business.
  • Support Stock Manager with placing monthly tester orders and maintaining tester units in correct order.
  • Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock rooms and all stock holding areas.
  • Assist in daily stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels throughout the day.
  • Liaise with team on a daily basis to provide an update on stock availability. Communicate low stock lines and out of stocks to the Stock Manager and/or Business Manager and DM in their absence. Maintain the correct rotation of stock.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as directed by the Business Manager and Counter Manager.
  • Inform management of any store maintenance or Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents.
  • Adhering at all times to the Shiseido Group Grooming Guidelines.
