CRM and Advocacy Intern
MISSION
To support the CRM & Advocacy team in executing, email campaigns and advocacy projects across multiple brands.

Drunk Elephant joins our portfolio in 2021 which supports our ambition and objective to be the Top5 Beauty Group in the UK. Our clients include high-street retailers such as Department Stores, drugstores & chains as well as online pure players and specialty stores. We also have 8 boutiques and 3 direct e-commerce websites.
ORGANISATION
Reports to: Senior CRM Manager & Advocacy Manager
Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office
Contract type: 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING
- Conduct weekly reporting using various sources and update relevant reports, including Google Analytics and agency dashboards
- Track invoicing across CRM and Advocacy
ADVOCACY
- General support for the Advocacy Manager across current & future advocacy projects
- Manage monthly Facebook content calendar
- Ideation, copy writing, scheduling & monitoring
- Reply to customer reviews on various touchpoints
- Support the NARS pro community activities including inbox management
- Assist and support the activations on The NARS community. E.g sampling/product send outs
- Support with creative briefing
- Support with live events
CRM
- Brief the email agency with weekly email campaigns and supporting in the execution
- Prepare creative requests to local and global designers
- Quality control of emails across brands
- Working with the e-merch team to support on creation and execution of email activity
- Support the Assistant CRM and Senior managers with current and future CRM projects
COMPETITORS
- Conduct analysis of competitors offers across CRM, loyalty, social commerce, innovation and consumer engagement activations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Superb organisational skills with a passion for detail and precision
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise accordingly
- Number literacy skills
- Able to collaborate well with colleagues and internal teams
- Strong awareness of online brand representation and messaging
- Agile and flexible, willing to take on new opportunities
- Strong team player
- Passion for all things digital and beauty
- Positive attitude and works well in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, hands on approach and willing to learn
- Educated to a degree level – marketing or business related preferred but not essential
- Copywriting is a plus, but not essential
- Analytical is a plus, but not essential
- Microsoft suite skills (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook)
