CRM Executive (Fixed-Term Contract) 

 

MISSION 

 

To support the CRM Manager in executing and deploying email campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Reports to: Senior CRM Manager 

Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office 

Contract type: 12 Month FTC

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Execute the UKI CRM strategy and ensure all campaigns are delivered in line with agreed plans. 
  • Manage the CRM communications calendar for each brand in line with marketing and eCommerce plans. 
  • Build tactical CRM campaigns in line with brand values and strategy. 
  • Use basic Photoshop skills to edit and adapt visual assets for email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. 
  • Ensure CRM best practice is shared and leveraged locally across all brands and business units. 
  • Provide weekly campaign results and analysis to wider teams, including marketing, eCommerce and eRetail. 
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all email deployments and data handling. 
  • Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives to improve engagement and conversion. 
  • Liaise with marketing and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment. 

 

 

PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

 

  • Related experience in email marketing or CRM campaign deployment. 
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar). 
  • Experience in successfully implementing end-to-end CRM campaigns and reporting. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised. 
  • Knowledge of CRM KPIs, terminology and GDPR compliance. 
  • Proactive and pragmatic. 
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with analysing numbers and reporting. 
  • Google analytics (universal & GA4). 
  • Intermediate excel experience. 
  • Basic Photoshop skills for editing and preparing visual assets for email campaigns. 
  • High volume consumer goods experience would be beneficial 
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills. 
  • Passionate about customer data and experience.
