Reports to: Area Manager bareMinerals + Designer Fragrance

Job Location: Leeds

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract, 0-37.5. hours per week over 0-5 days





You will educate the customer with your product knowledge and demonstrate exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of all that bareMinerals stands for. Most importantly, you will connect with your customer in meaningful ways, because we’ve never been content with just making them look beautiful - we want to make them feel beautiful. You’ll love creating the bareMinerals signature look and will go out of your way to share all the bareMinerals services and events that we offer with both new and existing customers. You will step out of your comfort zone into the hustle and bustle of it all, traffic stopping and enticing clients to try bareMinerals is your number one priority.


We will provide you with all the training and development to ensure that you are a true Bare Beauty Ambassador and the best that there can be, and you’ll always be ready to learn new skills to further your abilities and creativity. In return, we’ll expect you to be motivated, goal orientated, good at time keeping and be able to build strong relationships with in store teams. .  During peak times, you will be rushed off your feet, so we expect you to support your team and work together as one to achieve results.
