Roles & Responsibilities
Promotion of research focusing on " intestine"-based changes in the skin.
Research on the relationship between the intestinal microflora, intestinal bacterial metabolites and skin.
Development of solutions to provide consumers with the results of the above research.
Promotion of brain-gut correlation research
腸の機能に基づく肌の変化に着目した研究の推進
腸内細菌叢、腸内細菌の代謝物などと肌との関連に関する研究
上記研究成果を生活者に提供するためのソリューション開発（化粧品、食品など）
脳腸相関研究の推進


Requirements
【Required (MUST)】
・Extensive knowledge of biochemistry
・Knowledge and skills in skin and skin appendages (or an interest and willingness to learn more about dermatology after joining the company)
・Ability to communicate in English in a professional manner.

In addition to the above requirements, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the following
・Research experience in intestinal microflora, intestinal bacterial metabolites
・Experience in developing solutions (e.g., foods and supplements) based on research findings in the intestine

【必須（MAST）】
・幅広い生化学の知識
・皮膚および皮膚付属器官に関する知識やスキル（もしくは興味があり入社後、皮膚科学領域の知見を学ぶ意欲のある方であれば可）
・英語を使用した業務上のコミュニケーションに抵抗がないレベルの英語運用能

上記の要件に加え、下記の実務経験　（目安：3年以上）
・腸内細菌叢および腸内細菌代謝産物等に関する研究開発
・腸の研究知見を基にしたソリューション（食品やサプリメントなど）開発経験
