Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）
For ELIXIR
1. Technical project coordination in close relationship w/Brand team and other relevant teams
　　ブランドチームおよび関係部門を巻き込んだ新商品開発コーディネート業務
2. Tech story/claim creation for new products or repromotion
　　新製品、既存品に対する魅力的な技術情報・訴求開発業務
3. Gate magagement of researches for brand in close communication w/ basic researchers
　　ブランド中期計画に基づく基礎・応用研究テーマの立案とゲートマネジメント
4. Any tech proposal from mid/long-term perspective, to contribure brand growth
　　ブランド成長に貢献できる中長期視点のシーズ探索・開発提案


Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）
1. Univeristy or Master degree
2. More than 3-year experience of R&D or Marketing in cosmetic(hopefilly skincare) field
3. Basic understanding of skin science and/or chemistry
4. Comminication and presetation skill for collaboration w/stakeholders 
5. Japanese/English skill for business communication
6. Basic IT skill (word, excel, powerpoint) 
7. Proactive/possitive mindset for challenge
