Roles & Responsibilities

■洗浄・ボディ製品の製品開発業務全般 / Cleansing and body products development 
・BHから提案のあった新製品に対しての処方開発 / Formula development for new products
・製品訴求に関する原料の選定と新規原料の導入 / Introduction of new raw materials
・特許出願および他社特許確認 / Patent application and confirmation
・各国法規・規制に応じた製品品質の確認 / Confirmation of national regulations
・製造法の検討と量産可否の確認 / Consider scale-up for manufacturing
・将来に向けたシーズ探索 / Applied research for future

Requirements

【必須要件 / Mandatory requirements】
■洗浄製品もしくはスキンケア製品の処方開発経験5年以上 / Over 5 years of formula  development experience for cleaning or skin care products
■メンバーへの処方技術の指導経験 / Experience of technical guidance to members

【歓迎要件 / Welcome requirements】
■品質保証や品質管理の経験 / Experience in quality assurance and quality control
■化学系の専攻 / Chemistry major
