Job Description

• Support staff and end-user with resolution of systems issues, function errors/ issues or hardware problems.
• Analysing security problems, identifying abnormalities in systems and networks.
• Implement security monitoring and security improvements by assessing the current situation, evaluating trends/symptoms and anticipation to avoid problems.
• Set up, configure, and tweak security in all infrastructure systems (System, Server, Network, and Client)
• Collaborate with team members for security design and policy
• Provide technical guidance on maintaining the state of compliance in the overall IT Environment.
• Device installation, setup & troubleshooting.
• Design & create IT infrastructure documentation.
• Willing to work overtime (if needed).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and Excellent communication skills
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as IT Security and Network.
• Having certificate module SAP system is a plus.
• Having CCNA Sec or CCSA is a plus.
• Having technical knowledge on LAN/WAN, Layer 4 firewall is required.
• Having cloud certification is a plus.
• Good knowledge in information or network security standard implementation.
