Marketing Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
Marketing Manager lead and drive integrated marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth, strengthen Clé de Peau Beauté’s luxury positioning, and deliver commercial impact. The role owns end‑to‑end marketing planning and execution across campaigns, media, KOLs, PR, retail activations, and client engagement, while acting as a key cross‑functional business partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Brand Development
- Develop and lead 360° integrated marketing strategies aligned with global brand direction and local business objectives
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and channel mix to maximize brand equity and sales performance
- Ensure consistent luxury brand image and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints
Campaign & Media Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major launches and evergreen campaigns across retail, digital, PR, CRM, and media
- Oversee media strategy, planning, and optimization across online and offline channels to drive ROI and brand impact
- Evaluate media performance and reallocate investment to maximize effectiveness
KOL, PR & Partnerships
- Develop and manage KOL and influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and luxury positioning
- Oversee PR initiatives including press strategies, materials, events, and campaign launches
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand visibility and desirability
Retail, E‑commerce & Client Engagement
- Lead in-store activation strategies, launch execution, and client engagement programs to drive conversion and loyalty
- Partner closely with Sales, E‑commerce, and Training teams to ensure strong execution and front-line alignment
- Enhance omnichannel consumer journey through integrated activation planning
Performance Management & Insights
- Own campaign tracking, post‑analysis, and performance reporting across all marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate insights into actionable optimizations and future strategy recommendations
Budget & Team Leadership
- Own and manage marketing budget, forecasting, allocation, and ROI tracking
- Manage marketing calendars and agency/vendor relationships
- Act as a key contributor to team capability building
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or premium consumer brands
- Proven experience managing 360° integrated marketing campaigns with clear commercial impact
- Strong exposure to media planning, digital marketing, social media, KOL/influencer, and PR management
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners effectively
- Experience working closely with Sales, Retail, and E‑commerce teams in an omnichannel environment
- Strong analytical capability with experience in campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in stakeholder management
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard marketing analytics tools
