Job Summary:

 

Support the business needs of the Drunk Elephant brand through the production of packaging, non-saleable and market specific saleable elements for Creative, Marketing, PR, Influencer, Education and Sales. Project management of various Creative requests.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages purchasing, logistics, delivery and successful intake of non-saleable and market specific saleable elements going to distribution centers globally.
  • Oversight of all development timelines, ensuring timely delivery according to organizational needs.  
  • Liaises with vendors on development updates, timing and costing, circulating information quickly to all appropriate team members.
  • Manages SAP Master Data Input for swag, print elements and market specific kits.
  • Manages creation of item codes, PO’s, PIR, and Costing process for goods shipping to Shiseido’s Americas Distribution Center (ADC)
  • Works in partnership with Shiseido transportation and vendors to ensure items are compliant to ship to respective market.
  • Gathers and reports eco-data on all items supporting corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Manages organization and code creation for non-ADC related non-saleable and saleable elements going to global distribution centers.
  • Creates, distributes and manages timelines ensuring key milestones are met during swag development process.
  • Assists in gathering and organizing forecasts for non-saleable items.
  • Responsible for end-to-end project management and success of collateral, print and packaging requests.
  • Assists in various ad-hoc print requests in support of creative asset creation.
  • Works closely with Influencer, Social, PR, Education, Sales, Creative and Marketing teams to ensure collaboration and success development and delivery of print, swag, packaging and other elements.
  • Manages portal systems with PIMS or other third-party warehouses.
  • Helps facilitate production, adhering to budgets, and maintaining process consistency for all elements going to third-party distro centers globally.
  • Escalates any critical issues and identifies possible impacts and solutions.
  • Team player willing to assist teammates and partner teams as needed.

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

 

  • BA or equivalent
  • 5-7 years in similar role in project management, procurement or production
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with Creative teams and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and well-organized
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strength in time management
