Job Responsibilities:

     Business Analysis

• Deliver data analysis, maintain and create business needed PowerBI reports and dashboards to generate in-depth customer insights
• Explore the data and identify business opportunities and challenges to support overall customer growth and business development
• In charge of weekly and monthly business analysis reports, ad hoc analytics requests and ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables

    Sales and Commercial Planning

• Analyse historical sales data, build up rolling sales forecast and GWP usage plan (gift with purchase) in response to market trends and promotion plans
• Facilitate Manager to set monthly sales targets, incentive plan, and sales KPI metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve sales targets
• Provide in-depth analysis of sales data and support in smooth execution of commercial strategy in monthly basis with liaison with different stakeholders

    Retail Operations

• Identify target customers segment to enhance trade promotion/campaign/CRM events to drive sustain sales growth
• Coordinate with sales operation team on retail operations logistics arrangement and support on frontline engagement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in business-related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in retail industry, experience in driving retail operations and sales performance
• Hands on experience in data analytics and business analysis
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Power BI, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
