Senior Officer - Omnichannel Strategy & Innovation

Responsibilities:

  • Work with team lead to manage all aspects of the brand's omnichannel strategic plan by synergising group resources in marketing, analytics and technology to deliver world-class brand and shopping experience for all customers
  • Support the development and work with brands on execution of the eCommerce & Omnichannel strategy which includes objectives, vision, roadmap and KPIs
  • Work with brands, other functional departments and team members to effectively implement diverse, creative solutions that drive growth and optimization
  • Monitor and analyze all performance metrics related to the ecommerce & omnichannel; including, but not limited to, KPIs related to sales, index on consumer experience, etc.
  • Explore new innovations for omnichannel & ecommerce beyond current brands offering
  • Research and identify process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce solutions and other industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Business-related field
  • 3+ relevant experience in digital, omnichannel or e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills; organized; process-oriented
  • Strong project management experience and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
