Job Description

The Role:
This role will be responsible for the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the CRM database and retain loyal customers. Implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
 

Responsibilities:

CRM

  • Ensure database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors
  • Monitor Loyalty Club and formulate CRM programs to drive customers acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • Assist in implementing CRM activities including customer database development, automated lifecycle program and multi-channel consumer events
  • Work with different functions to ensure CRM program is executable at POS level
  • Manage statistical reports compilation and data analysis for CRM initiatives
  • Identify market opportunities to expand member base by initiating and formulating collaboration with potential partners
     

Retail Marketing

  • Execute the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes
  • Create GWP and premiums for regular CRM and trade promotion
  • Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials
  • Stay up-to-date with retail market trend, consumers & competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions
  • Work closely with retailers to implement activations and events to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experiences in CRM or trade marketing from luxury/ retail industry
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong ownership
  • Good analytical skill, attentive to details and strong numerical sense
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, consumer centricity
  • Proactive, detail minded and strong sense on retail dynamics
  • Execution excellence and good problem solving skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
