Senior Business Analyst - Project Management, Information and Technology Transformation

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand business process, operational workflow and translate into well-defined functional specs and assist in project documentation and deliverables
• Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders and recommend solutions
• Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT including issue tracking & fixing activities and provide end user training when necessary
• Manage and monitor various projects/change requests and able to deliver agreed solution on time
• Work closely with cross function teams and external vendors on system integration / implementation projects in eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Order Management and Warehouse Management systems
• Provide application roll-out and post-implementation support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies / Information System or related disciplines with experience in retail and eCommerce business is an advantage
• At least 5-8 years’ solid working experience as Business Analyst
• SQL skillset is preferred for troubleshooting / data extracts
• Solid understanding of business reports and thorough understanding of business numbers
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication skills including written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy
• Independent, efficient and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
