The Role
For our prestige brand Clé de Peau Beauté, we are currently recruiting a Sales Manager

This role will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in formulating and executing omni-channel (both online & offline) sales strategies, analyzing the sales performance in achieving business targets.

Reports to Director- Retail Experience & Education, Clé de Peau Beauté


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and integrate omni-channel sales strategies to achieve business results.
  • Drive sales by working closely with cross-functional teams like Retail Operations, Marketing, Training and Business Planning.
  • Closely monitor overall brand sales performance, identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze effectiveness of the sales plan and provide recommendations to management.
  • Plan and manage incentive programs to motivate the frontline to provide excellent customer experience and achieve sales target.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external business partners to enhance the brand competitiveness.
  • Lead and manage the store planning (new opening and renovation projects) with internal teams, business partners and external vendors.
  • Manage a team and provide guidance and support to develop their career within the company.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury goods industry
  • Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and eCommerce in the Hong Kong market
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, able to identify growth opportunities based on data and reports
  • Previous experience being a Management Trainee will be beneficial.
  • A strong leader with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work with associates to director level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese (Cantonese) and English
