Officer - Marketing, NARS

The role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the incumbent plays a critical role in Digital and CRM programme content creation and coordination of all promotion related logistics to ensure great collaboration and communication correspondence for a successful marketing operation.

Job responsibilities:  

• Implement digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive online traffic to the brand’s website, e-retailer websites to ensure the ultimate consumer experience on customer-facing brand digital platforms and always-on digital experiences
• Drive social media, digital advertising planning and asset creation with the support of creative agencies
• Provide support to marketing team in promotion design, instore collateral production and order allocation to stores
• Maintain close working relationship with frontline by memo writing and regular catch-up on CRM programmes
• Drive members' communication (Email / SMS) with translation and creative assets localization from HQ team
• Support brand.com maintenance with product catalogue refresh and product information update
• Handle marketing and e-commerce related customer enquiries on daily basis
• Support PR communication team in PR seeding, livestream hosting and other events/KOL activation
• Regular marketing report update and consolidation

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business, communication or relevant field with at least 3 years solid experience gained from digital/CRM agency
• Great team player with meticulous mindset and "can-do" attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, preferably with knowledge in creative software (i.e. Photoshop / AI) and other visualizing software
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer
