Manager/Assistant Manager (Leasing), Commercial and Planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate distribution strategies for our group and brands in Hong Kong and Macao 
• Establish and maintain long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our external business partners, including department store operators, landlords and property agencies.
• Liaise with our business partners for our distributions in department stores and shopping malls
• Prepare reports, analysis and presentations, such as business plans, budgets, business analysis, feasibility studies, etc 
• Conduct market research and analysis on the market trend
• Manage all other tenancy related matters including tenancy agreements and other documents   
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in leasing, preferably from retailer side
• Sensitive to figures with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in analysis, presentations and business writings. Experience in business analysis is a definite advantage
• Strong business acumen.  Forward thinking and result oriented
• Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good presentation and communication skills 
• Excellent command of written and oral English and Chinese
