The Role:
Developing and implementing Cross-border eCommerce initiatives, CRM and drive digital innovation to enhance business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:
 

eCommerce & digital

  • Formulate, implement and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to increase brand awareness in China and contribute to the sustainable business growth
  • Manage all Cross-boarder EC marketing initiatives (including EC content management, eCommerce strategy, content maximization, social channels & other marketing collaterals management) to enhance brand positioning in China and drive performance marketing
  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders, internal business team and Cross-boarder team in China to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guideline align with brand's strategy and utilize brand marketing assets to maximize content performance
  • Work closely with local Business Planning team and China's Cross-boarder EC team to optimize our Cross-border EC business performance and manage the branding of Serge Lutens
  • Accountable for preparing business presentations, market research, analysis and reports.

CRM

  • Plan and implement CRM strategies for multi-brands business according to their respective business needs and drive synergy across different brands to maximize business effectivness
  • Lead CRM daily operations and loyalty program in collaboration with internal business partners and external agencies
  • Accountable for contributing to analytics strategy and KPI report to drive performance excellence
  • Maximize data collection and drive personalization initiatives to create relevant, value-added and engaging customer experience
  • Remain agile and support other functions and ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in marketing, communications, eCommerce, business or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experiences in CRM/ digital marketing/ eCommerce from luxury/ retail industry; experience in cross-border marketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Excellent analytical skill, attentive to details and strong numerical sense
  • Able to excel independently and a small team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager
