Manager - Marketing (CRM and Trade Marketing), SHISEIDO
Responsibilities:

Formulate, develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the CRM database and retain loyal customers

Drive CRM innovations to increase customer revisit and loyalty

Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives

Ensure database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviours
-
Liaise with various functional teams to streamline customer journey and ensure strategies are aligned

Initiate and implement CRM activities including customer database development, automated lifecycle program and multi-channel consumer events
-
Work with different functions to ensure CRM program is executable at POS level and strategic direction is aligned with operational needs

Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets

Create GWP and premiums for regular CRM and trade promotion
-
Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
-
Stay up-to-date with retail market trend, consumers & competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Marketing or other related discipline
-
Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience in marketing particularly in the field of CRM and Trade Marketing
-
Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong ownership, strong collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, consumer centricity
-
Strong sense on retail dynamics. Analytical and sensitive to numbers
-
Ability to measure and monitor performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against ROI and KPIs
-
Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous

A good team player. Experience in team management and coaching skills

Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
