The Role

This role is responsible for outlining problems, opportunities and solutions by developing integrated business analysis/ projections for improving door productivity, cost efficiency and profitability of the brand. Leading VM team to elevate customer in-store experience, drive branding/sales objectives for higher productivity.  Optimizing the capital within budget and provide financial insights for decision-making with SWOT analysis to plan and facilitate the team to accomplish the brand goals.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor retail and net sales performance of individual stores according to the brand strategies
  • Create informative and actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Review sales in regular basis via various perspectives, summarize the key findings as insights for managers’ decision-making
  • Analyzing sales reports, understanding sales metrics in different perspectives to drive strategic action plans
  • Conduct business case study for new channel and door expansion
  • Assist in formulating and consolidating P&L budget in terms of topline and bottom line to facilitate management on driving brand growth
  • Facilitate and work with function managers to develop business plans to meet Division KPIs
  • Recommend and implement collaborative projects in conjunction with category management
  • Manage VM team to drive excellent customer experiences and ensure brand standards are maintained at stores, coordinate new store renovation from design to execution, get insights from research on trends, propose innovative ideas and measure effectiveness on VM strategy

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales & business planning, from cosmetics, makeup or luxury industry
  • Detail oriented, analytical with strong business sense and inquisitive
  • Good team player, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to impact others and effect change without being confrontational
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power-point
  • Microsoft Access and Power-bi experience is a must
