Contract Officer - Sales & Operations, SHISEIDO and IPSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange allowance payment and incentive gifts for frontline staff on monthly basis
- Manage counter tools, equipment, printed materials and stationaries for stores & frontline staff, including stock control, acquisition, equipment set up and logistic arrangement
- Follow up store maintenance, network and other operation-related matters to enhance smooth daily operation
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Operations team including data entry and filing
- Ad hoc assignments by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in beauty/ FMCG or retail industry
- Experience in administrative support is highly preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive with high sensitivity to numbers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & English
- Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing
