Contract Officer - Retail Experience & Education, SHISEIDO and IPSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate feedback on training & commercial programs from internal and external customers
- Coordinate the daily operations and logistics arrangement of frontline operations matters
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Support the team coordination including preparing training materials, logistics arrangement and administration tasks
- Assist to maintain and update personnel file of frontline staff including roster, staff movement etc
- Manage overall training schedule and attendance records
- Reports generation and provide support with system enhancement requirement and liaison with different business units
- Prepare reports with key findings for management review
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business-related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in retail sector, experience in Beauty retail brands is an advantage
- Eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes and handle multiple priorities
- Good team player with great interpersonal skills
- Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & English
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
