Contract Officer, Growth and Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating leasing formalities, streamlining documentation processes, and ensuring timely implementation of leasing agreements.
- Preparing sales information, reports and analysis.
- Conducting market research to support leasing strategies and decisions.
- Maintaining accurate and organized record of lease agreements, landlord information and related document records.
- Providing support to renovation projects, such as project coordination, payment, preparation of tendering documents, etc.
- Coordinating internal & external meetings, scheduling and making relevant bookings.
- Providing administrative support to the team to enhance efficiency and streamline day-to-day operations and communications.
- Participating in ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably from the retail industry.
- Sensitive to numbers with strong collaborative mindset and attention to details
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and oral English
