Contract HRIS Specialist (12 months), Human Resources

The Role:
We are currently recruiting an HRIS Specialist to support our Hong Kong office. This critical role will support HR in all technology inquires related to process and reporting, while maintaining and enhancing the existing HR system (SuccessFactors & SAP HCM) with IT and HRIS vendor.

 

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for day-to-day support on HRIS system, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and other HR related systems
• Being the key contact point for the SuccessFactors maintenance and work closely with key stakeholders, including Regional HRIS Project Manager, HR users and IT Team on all system related enquires or enhancement
• Support the Performance Management System’s maintenance and system setting to ensure the annual performance cycle run smoothly
• Responsible for e-leave system implementation, understand system solution design, take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the HRIS system enhancement project
• Initiate automation and digitalization to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards on key performance analytics
• Act as a subject expert and key contact person for all HRIS matters
• Participate in ad hoc HR system related assignments

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 Years of HRIS experience, preferably with solid experience supporting SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM
• Good understanding of HR process and expertise in HR data modeling to support various projects and business decisions
• Well organized, detail-minded and a team player
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
