We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 SD MM Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful on-going improvement and support of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. As an SAP S/4 SD/MM Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the SAP S/4HANA system, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for the OTC module.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in the context of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Design and configure the SAP S/4 SD/MM module to meet business needs, including pricing, sales order management, delivery processing, billing, revenue recognition, Material Management, STO and integration with other modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams within the region and HQ to ensure effective implementation and alignment of OTC and PTP processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Collaborate with local IT team on integrating local systems process with SAP S/4
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and stability of the implemented solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders on OTC and PTP processes and SAP S/4HANA system functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTC and PTP processes and system functionality in the SAP S/4HANA environment, working closely with Global technical teams and SAP support if necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA OTC and PTP module features, best practices, and industry trends to provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and project management activities specific to SAP S/4HANA OTC and PTP implementations.
  • Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and system enhancements in the context of SAP S/4HANA for future reference.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience on SD/MM Customization and Implementation
  • Experience in Retail Business with in-depth knowledge of OTC and PTP processes in the SAP S/4HANA context, including sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, revenue recognition, and integration with NON-SAP S/4HANA retail POS & OMS systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SD and MM module configuration, including master data setup, pricing procedures, output determination, revenue recognition rules, and integration with other modules such as Finance (FI) and Materials Management (MM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions within the SAP S/4HANA framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
  • SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) or relevant modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of advanced features and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA, including embedded analytics, simplified data models, and Fiori user interface, is desirable.
  • Experience in working with global and diverse team, is a plus.
