Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs
  • Analyze market data and internal salary structures to determine market competitiveness and recommend adjustments
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitive offerings
  • Support the evaluation of job positions to determine appropriate salary ranges and job classifications
  • Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Collaborate with HR partners to address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6+ years of solid experience in reward management and compensation & benefits, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Attention to detail and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK and Macau
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS system
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders
