Job Responsibilities:

• • Accountable for the establishment and achievement of annual, monthly, and weekly sales objectives across omni-channel in coordination with cross brand team
  • Ensure delivery of KPIs, sales targets and business plan including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales promotion activities to achieve sales target, evaluate the effectiveness/ efficiency of the flow, content, and various supports for future improvement
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking of the retail performance, sales recap, and action plans.
  • Explore new sales channel opportunities with existing and new business partners.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and work closely with internal teams for marketing events, product launches and sales promotion roll-out.
  • Develop KPI, monitor sales performance for open sell business including setting sales target, order process and inventory control.
  • Review sales performance and motivate the Sales team to achieve the company targets.
  • Work with other departments to ensure stock control, and align merchandise maintenance
  • Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to develop team with frequent review and actionable recommendations

Job Requirements:

• • Degree holder in Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • 5+ years relevant experience in sales retail operations management.
  • Creative, collaborative, and strong interpersonal communication skill
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers
  • Excellent command in written spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing
