Assistant Manager - Marketing, SHISEIDO and IPSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies and business plans.
- Drive and develop on-brand, innovative, engaging & consumer-centric content that aligns with brand objectives and strategies.
- Formulate 360-degree omni-channel marketing campaigns with go-to-market strategies for designated franchise to accelerate brand & business growth
- Develop effective CRM communications including email & SMS
- Analyze and evaluate post-campaign performance by weekly/monthly marketing metrics to drive valuable insights.
- Partner and work closely with agencies/ vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns
- Assist in preparing new product forecast and other product marketing materials
- Prepare all marketing reports, proposals and presentations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, business or related disciplines
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in brand and product marketing across beauty industry
- Passionate in Beauty/Luxury. Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest digital and beauty trends preferred
- Good relationship builder as well as self-motivated achiever, and able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good numeric sense with analytical mind set
- Excellent communication skills, strong presentation & organizational skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Chinese Word Processing
