Assistant Manager - Key Account, Premium Cosmetics Division
To support our Premium Cosmetics Division, we are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager - Key Account. The incumbent will work in a highly efficient key account team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers
- Assist in formulating sales planning and drive joint business planning for key channels
- Monitor and analyze retailers’ performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Maximize sales performance in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies among trade partners
- Prepare market trend and sales analysis to facilitate accurate forecasting for the assigned channels.
- Establish and enhance brand image in all retailer channels
- Conduct competitive analysis at trade level and gain market intelligence
- Coach and support on training to frontline staff to drive sales performance
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or beauty industry
- Good team player, proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, self-motivated, ability to work within a tight timeline
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Able to communicate with different levels of people
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
