Assistant Manager - Education & Customer Experience, Clé de Peau Beauté

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs focus on makeup artistry and new joiner training.
• Elevate professional makeup skills of frontline staff to strengthen makeup to skincare link sales
• Deliver new joiner training program to develop new joiner with professional consultation skills and deliver high standard service
• Support team in livestream operation, provide support and coaching in livestreaming skills
• Identify and analyze learning and coaching needs based on regular field coaching
• Support the overall customer enquiries from eCommerce channel and Retail online

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in business-related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training and development from beauty industry
• Solid experience in makeup, customer service and selling technique. Skincare skills is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with different levels of people
• Proficiency in livestreaming and video editing
